The role offers the opportunity to work for a market leading business with excellent salary and benefits package. The company is looking to recruit an outgoing and dynamic New Business Advisor, with a strong focus on new business development and cross sales. The role is designed to ensure that new and existing customer accounts are effectively nurtured and grown.
What does the role of New Business Advisor entail?
Working as part of a small, successful team you will take responsibility for selling products and services to both existing and new clients.
Duties will include:
establishing strong client relationships whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
contacting existing clients to up-sell and cross-sell
handling and responding to all customer enquiries
maintaining knowledge of current marketing campaigsn and promotions
responding quickly to new customer leads
employing a consultative sales approach
effectively overcoming objections
Processing orders accurately
Updating CRM system
Proactively support the achievement of team and departmental revenue objectives, consistently performing against KPI's and Departmental standards.
What do I need to be successful in my application?
Candidates should have a strong sales-orientated work history, preferably Business to Business. You will be able to demonstrate a driven, self motivated approach and proven ability to reach KPIs and targets within a direct sales environment. Strong organisational, problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential.
