Role:- Sales Account Manager
Location :- Warrington, Cheshire (WA4 6PS)
Contract :- Permanent
Hrs :- Monday - Friday (08:00-17:00hrs)
Salary :- £22,000- £23,000 per year + benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for our client who specialise in manufacturing & repairs of high tech electronic equipment for major contracts/customers globally.

You would be responsible for ensuring that the service provided is first class and to help grow Out Of Warranty business by actively seeking new accounts across all of Europe, working as a team to achieve monthly targets and promote continuous improvement throughout.

As the Sales Account Manager you responsibilities will be :-

" Manage the smooth running of designated customer accounts entirely on behalf of our client and develop the customer relationship as appropriate.
" Act as interface between customer and the Accounts Team to ensure queries on invoices/ credits are handled timely and effectively.
" Proactively seek to develop Out Of Warranty business for new accounts across all of Europe.
" Ensure reporting to customers is sent regularly with updates.
" Manage discrepancies on returns from the customers to complete resolution.
" Ensure all after sales issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.

The Sales Account Manager will have the following skills & experience :

" Must have fluent English skills.
" Fluent Spanish language knowledge would be a great advantage, however not essential.
" Excellent telephone and organisational skills.
" Must be computer literate.
" Relevant experience in sales/ account management or customer service ideal not essential.
" Ability to prioritise, build and maintain relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.

Additional Information:-
" Successful applicants will receive a starting holiday entitlement of 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) with 1 day extra every 2 years of service being accrued up to a maximum of 35 days.
