Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Salary: £23,500 – £26,000 + Uncapped Comission (OTE £30,000)


The Role
The prime function of this role is to ensure retention/renewal targets are met, create new opportunities and increase revenue with existing clients by providing an excellent customer journey. Lead generation and strong closing skills are essential.


• To build and develop with relationships with clients
• To ensure all of your accounts are managed effectively in order to identify new business opportunities
• To proactively develop new business opportunities
• To manage your pipeline and close all possible opportunities
• To ensure all clients understand the services you provide and to identify the best product for each client
• To undertake gap analysis to identify additional opportunities
• To prepare presentations and proposals for internal and external use
• To create client specific proposals and to attend client meetings or presentations
• To evaluate relationships and ensure that the client database is up to date
• Contribute to the team to deliver a professional service
• To demonstrate a clear understanding of the business to be able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies
