This role will provide key support to the head of Talent, Change Management and Reward in applying Corporate Reward Policies to the Helicopter Division in UK and providing key data to the Reward Team.
Key Responsibility Areas
*To manage all the UK requirements for salary reviews and union increases as required by the Head of Talent, Change Management and Reward.
*Support MBO process, working with the Benefit Officer and the Reward Manager along with colleagues in Italy and UK to manage the collection and output of the targets and schedules.
*To complete job evaluation assessments for roles in the organisation on a regular basis, maintaining the database of roles UK and supporting for other geos, to be able to provide feedback to the HRBPs and SHRBPs on market data.
*Create and distribute in-depth reports as and when appropriate, to respond to business needs.
*Alongside Reward Manager, collate and distribute global reporting of salary changes to support requirements from HR Director.
*To manage monthly reporting of Dirigente population, completing audit checks to ensure consistency. Liaising with evaluated job roles to be able to provide meaningful compensation data by function, location and area as required.
*Have responsibility for the receiving and collation of UK Salary Review Process. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of templates and presentations to be used for Salary Reviews and Large Reward Projects, providing support to the Head of Talent, change management and Reward
*Keep abreast of legislation and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and mobility, including latest trends and work with the Reward and Mobility leaders to recommend appropriate courses of action.
*Co-ordinate and input in Reward surveys to collect and analyse competitive Benefit information to determine company's competitive position, developing and/or modifying structures as needed.
*This role will be expected to converse on a regular basis between Italy and the UK in order to work effectively with the UK HR Business Partners.
Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge Required
*Job evaluation skill (several years with Hay method) is required.
*Strong people skills, able to effectively deliver through internal and external teams.
*Significant applicable experience required.
*Good Communicator, good understanding of the English Language.
*Computer Literate; must have excellent Excel and Word Skills to a proficient level and competent with company standard software and SAP.
*Knowledge of characteristics of successful Reward plans and programs is preferable but not essential.
*Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
*Ability to multi-task and must be well organized; attention to detail; ability to meet .established deadlines; ability to work under pressure; ability to work independently and without supervision.
*Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
*Ability to work on own initiative, keeping up to date with latest legislation and compliance changes.
*SAP skills (budget compilation, analysis and reporting).
*Financial Awareness (budget preparation and monitoring).
