We are currently seeking retail customer service assistants for a leading global network provider. This is for maternity cover position but may turn into a permanent role for the right person.
Retail Advisers have one thing in common - they genuinely want to help customers get the most out of their technology. If you have sales and retail experience - great - but don't worry if you don't - what's more important is your attitude and drive to deliver a brilliant customer service. Bring all of that, and you can look forward to one of the best hourly rates on the high street.
Your job role will involve:
Being first point of contact for all store walk-ins
Helping with general queries
Directing customers to relevant store contact or area of interest
Additional customer service and help with customers as and when required.
30 hours per week which can be flexible around university or other commitments. Temporary position covering Maternity but it has potential to transfer over to a permanent role at 40 hours per week for the right person.
£9.50 per hour. Starts available immediately.
