Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Resourcing Coordinator to join a rapidly growing rail organisation.

You will work alongside 2 other Recruitment Coordinators within a busy recruitment team.

Key activities of the role will include:

Managing a high volume of interview schedules and open vacancies
Ensuring candidates and hiring managers have an excellent experience of the interview process
Keeping interview database up to date
Updating admin trackers
Proactively managing background checks for new hires
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Managing the external facing Recruitment mailbox, responding timely to queries in a clear, professional and service-orientated manner;
Verifying candidate Right to Work documentation and store documents appropriately in line with GDPR
Managing activities associated with travel for the recruitment team
Managing confidential and sensitive materials
General recruitment administration
 Candidates will need:

Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
To be highly organised and methodical in their way of working
Have written and verbal communication skills, to engage positively and represent the organisation
Numeracy and analytical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective time management and prioritisation skills, along with attention to detail.
To be self-motivated and proactive
To be engaging and able to juggle priorities
Knowledge of recruitment best practice principles and procedures
Previous knowledge of a ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (ie Taleo or similar).
Types of experience:

Experience in providing administrative support working within a busy recruitment HR department/agency environment, including managing workload and meeting deadlines.
In house experience is ideal
Candidates with similar experience in medium to large complex organisations
Candidates with experience in a shared service operation
Experience in producing reports in Excel and Word format.
Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information.
This role will be an initial 3 month contract, with a likelihood to be extended past this period. 
Interviews will be conducted in the beginning of January
There will be an expectation of 50% attendance in the office (dependent upon COVID-19 restrictions)
Please not the daily rate on this role is an umbrella rate, inside IR35
