Job Description

An established organisation based in Reading are recruiting for a Reporting Manager. This position offers great scope for development as well as 26 days holiday, competitive pension scheme, life assurance and an industry leading flexible working scheme.

This position interacts with multiple stakeholders and offers scope to work on multiple projects within the business. This is a high-profiled role within the organisation and offers board level exposure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Refine both internal and external financial reporting to strength relations between finance and the wider business
• Production of board level performance packs and interim/annual financial statements
• Lead the development of companywide KPI
• Challenge data integrity and offer solutions to ensure quality information
• Provide support to the wider finance team
• Performance analysis to contribute to the long term company objectives

The successful applicant would have experience as one of the following: Group Reporting, Accountant, Financial Accountant, Reporting Manager, Reporting Accountant

You will also need to have experience in the following skills:

• Have trained in an accountancy practice
• Hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA)
• Experience working in a plc environment
• Ability to be decisive and contribute to key business decisions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel is essential
