Repairs Team Leader
West Yorkshire (across the Yorkshire region, agile working)
Salary: £37,358 per annum + £2,000 Car Allowance
Fixed Term Contract until 1 April 2021
What will you be doing?
Within the Homeworks and Asset Management Team as a Repairs Team Leader you will manage and lead a team of key front-line Surveyors who are ultimately delivering the survey specifications of repairs in our clients homes. This could be investment programs, major repair contracts, prior-to-painting, general repairs or cyclical redecoration.
You will drive the team to meet financial targets and deliver data to different parts of the business in relation to asset management, building relationships and influencing a variety of teams along the way, particularly the building repairs team.
Also, you will take ownership when dealing with any complaints or escalations in relation to the surveys team and always looking to improve processes ensuring quality delivery of works.

Some additional requirements:
Prior experience of housing repair is essential
Experiencing of managing 3rd party suppliers
Comfortable leading teams
Able to collate, interpret and deliver data to different audiences
Excellent influencer and able to build relationships with a variety of teams
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Happy working with IT systems and able to work flexibly across the Yorkshire region.
What can you expect?
They offer a salary of £37,358.00 per annum for a 35 hour week, 25 days annual leave (raising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays. In addition, you will receive a car allowance of £2,000. This is a temporary, full time (35 hours per week) based predominantly in the West Yorkshire area but you will be expected to travel also across the entire Yorkshire region.
