Role: Repairs Administrator

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Administrator to join a busy aerospace manufacturing firm in Cheltenham.
As a Repairs Administrator, you will be carrying out and supporting Commercial activities within the repairs team as well as being responsible for receiving and booking in Customer returns and tracking their physical movement through the Repairs process
The day to day duties will include:
*To receive & book in Customer returned units & identifying the correct reason for the return
*To manage the movement of Customer repairs
*To handle customer order enquiries
*To assist in the expediting of information to meet customer requirements
*To maintain returns tracking spreadsheets
*To support the Customer Repairs Co-ordinator in the loading of customer orders onto the MRP system
*To issue order acknowledgements to the customer
*To liaise with customer throughout the repairs process
*Create the release paperwork for intercompany shipping of parts
