Relief Support Workers ? Kittens Lane, Loddon
Situated 30 minutes from Norwich and Lowestoft
£9.80 per hour
Various hours and shifts available

We are looking for enthusiastic and person-centered Support Workers to join our wonderful Learning Disabilities teams at Kittens Lane, Loddon.
The Role
Our Support Workers are key to ensuring our tenants are supported with individualised flexible and responsive support and work closely with Service Managers and other team members to ensure an excellent service is delivered.
The Support Worker?s responsibilities include:
-supporting tenants with everyday domestic and leisure activities
-providing personal care
-administration and storage of medication
-completing light housework tasks
-support to access the community and be involved in various activities
You?ll be supporting our amazing customers, while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work.
About you
-you are enthusiastic, approachable, caring and patient
-you have experience working with adults with learning disabilities or are interested in learning to work in a supported living environment
-you are eager to learn, develop and progress through a well-supported training programme, with an opportunity to work towards a QCF in Health and Social Care
