About our Service

We currently provide support to two ladies who lead a very active social life which includes trips to the pub, days out, mystery tours and horse riding along with many more activities.  They enjoy getting a healthy and varied diet.

One lady is blind and is very friendly, tactile and affectionate.  She loves horse riding and has many rosettes to prove how good she is.  She likes many activities and is very sociable and keeping in touch with her friends and the rest of her family.  She likes arts and crafts, so if you’re handy with a glue stick and glitter, then you will be perfect.  If you like singing, then you will be most welcome to duet with this lady as she will often be heard singing around the house!

The other lady we support is extremely independent.  She loves going out for walks and seeing friends.  She enjoys going out shopping with her house mates as well.  She likes arts and crafts and going to work.  If you can find places to go, she’ll be out the door quicker than you as she loves having days out.  She’s great at helping her housemates, helping with the cooking and cleaning and she enjoys baking.  She may need support with emptying the dishwasher and making her bed.

We also provide support to a young gentleman who has recently moved into the house.  He is quite independent and has just started a new work placement in Rhyl.  He also keeps himself busy around his house doing lots of odd jobs.  He loves the odd pint and also planning all of his meals through the week.
