My client is bespoke contract catering company who provide innovative and high quality dishes to their clients.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Relief Chef Manager to join this exciting company who have a reputation for consistently providing exceptional food and an impressive service to each and every customer.
You will be a key member of the relief team, covering the South of England, ensuring each site you are covering is managed effectively in the absence of the onsite manager. You will have a full understanding of the entire catering operation, manage the teams in a motivational and effective way and to prepare creative and delicious meals, ensuring the service provided exceeds customer and client expectations at all times.
This role requires a real “foodie”, someone who has a genuine passion for providing excellent service, you will have previous management experience and be a talented and innovative chef to rosette standard.
You will have bags of personality, passion for the industry and enthusiastic about passing on your knowledge to others. You must be flexible and have a “can do” approach and have strong communication skills. Hours can be long and there will be a lot of travel during your working week.
