My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented, experienced and passionate Chef to be based at a unique contract in Wokingham aswell as supporting the Relief Team in the South of England.
You will demonstrate exceptional craft skills using locally sourced, fresh ingredients with a creative ideas and different flavours. You will be predominantly working in the restaurant and deli/coffee bar serving breakfast, hot lunches and making everything from scratch. There is also a hospitality service as and when required. Numbers do vary each day. When quiet, you will be supporting the relief team as and when required.
The successful candidate will have experience within a fresh food restaurant. have a genuine passion for food, be up to date with current food trends and providing the best service. This exciting role requires an effective manager with strong financial acumen who has the ability to oversee the operation successfully, someone who is engaging and can build a fantastic rapport with the client and customers and above all – be a fantastic chef! The kitchen layout is temporary, as in “pop up style” but very functional.
This role is 5 days out of 7, 7am until 3.30pm.
You will receive mileage/expenses when supporting the relief team.
