-Deliver impeccable standards of customer service and ensure attention to detail is achieved in operational roles, particularly with email communication and managing large corporate client orders.
-Securing gift orders from both new and existing corporate and consumer customers
-Be the lead contact for customers/ businesses and take ownership of their order through until delivery.
-Offering a personalised and bespoke experience to all external customers. Deliver complete and accurate information, effectively utilising all systems and knowledge to make sure we achieve first contact resolution for all clients.
-Confidence in identifying, offering and placing orders, seeing them through our systems and confirming safe receipt upon delivery.
You must have strong communication skills and the drive to thrive under pressure with acute attention to detail at all times.
The hours will be business hours, predominately 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, with the occasional Saturday. As well as an hourly rate of £9.32 you will also have the opportunity to earn bonus based on attendance and productivity. Although this role is predominately seasonal, there are long term/permanent opportunities for right candidate.
