Job Description

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse in London looking for a new flexible opportunity with a very competitive rate of pay? At Leaders In Care, we're on the lookout for a compassionate and flexible RMN to work for a Learning Disability and Mental Health service.

In return for your commitment, compassion and expertise, you'll be supported by a friendly and inclusive 24-hour care team, and will receive a yearly salary of up to £41k+ along with excellent benefits.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the relevant Registered Mental Health Nurse training qualifications, you'll have thorough, up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse. You'll also need to have a minimum of six months' experience in a similar nursing or care role.

As a Mental Health Nurse, you'll need to be a natural listener and communicator and a dedicated healthcare provider. Using your empathetic skills and RMN nurse experience, you'll be the primary source of information and advice for patients and their families. Treating people with respect and dignity is a crucial element of this Care Worker role.
