Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a new flexible opportunity with a very competitive rate of pay? At Leaders In Care, we're on the lookout for a compassionate and flexible RMN to work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation service in Leicester. In return for your commitment, compassion and expertise, you'll be supported by a friendly and inclusive care team, and will receive a salary of up to £42,034, along with excellent benefits.
More about the Staff Nurse role
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the relevant qualifications, you'll have thorough, up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse. We're keen to speak to experienced Mental Health Nurses, CPN's or Psychiatric Nurses (RMN) with an excellent track record supporting people with mental health and helping them to move towards reintegrating with the community again. Based in Leicester and earning up to £42,034, you'll also need to have a minimum of six months' experience in a similar nursing or care role, along with NMC registration.
COVID-19 has put extra pressure on all nursing services, primarily in the NHS, so your help and support filling these currently open nursing vacancies are much appreciated.
As a Mental Health Nurse, CPN or Psychiatric Nurse, you'll need to be a natural listener and communicator. Using your empathetic skills and RMN nurse experience, you'll be the primary source of information and advice for patients and their families.
Your RMN benefits:
Enhanced overtime rate
Enhanced annual leave entitlement
Excellent training and a career-planning session
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMN and Staff Nurse looking to build on their nursing training in the social care sector. Please click APPLY or contact Kio at Leaders in Care on (phone number removed). Rest assured, any interviews at this time will be safely conducted online or via phone.
