Job Description

Spirit Care are looking for an experienced Registered Manager of a Children's Home for our client based in Leeds. The homes are x2 solo bedded provisions of an EBD primary diagnosis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and motivated leader within Children's Services to join a progressive and expanding Children's Services provider with a total of 42 homes across Scotland and the North of England.

Salary and Benefits:

£33k - £36k DOE qualifications and experience

Shared on-call duties

No sleep-ins as standard

Minimum Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent)

Have or be willing to work towards your level 5 in Leadership & Management

1 year's experience working in a management role within a Children's Services setting

2 year's experience working in a Childrens Services setting

Full UK Driving License

Specific Job Requirements:

Evidence of working within a therapeutic frame-work or to therapeutic models

Evidence of working to Reg 44 and Reg 45 guidelines

Proven history of developing a strong staff team
