Job Description

Hales Homecare is recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager in King's Lynn to lead our Domiciliary Care service in this key area.

As a Registered Branch Manager, you will be actively involved in designing and delivering our groundbreaking service to deliver community support in a new and innovative way, taking the lessons and technological advances gained during Covid-19 and making them part of the new normal. You will have autonomy to build and work with your team to deliver an outcomes focussed solution to our service users, both local authority and privately funded. You will be a dynamic proven leader with experience of the care sector, enthusiastic for change and committed to delivering it. You will be numerate and have an understanding of the commercial aspects of running a successful service.

Hales offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience, along with a generous benefits package including contributory pension, life assurance, increasing annual leave with service, a cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme and study support to enable you to progress within the company.
