Covering sites across Wales, join Elysium as the Regional Training Officer, where you will work alongside the Regional Training Manager and Regional Director for Mental Health Specialist services across Leeds to identify staff training and development needs, and support the planning, organising, and overseeing of appropriate training.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will liaise with the central L&D Team and the senior management at services across the region to provide inclusive support for our induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service delivery.

As a Regional Training Officer, you will work collaboratively with the wider L&D team, Registered Managers and Regional Leads for LD&A services to evolve and shape the training to ensure it is service-specific, accessible to all employees and under national guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

To provide high quality classroom-based training, on-ward coaching, and support in all aspects of required and development training.
To ensure that all relevant information is cascaded down to all members of staff and that the staff demonstrate a clear understanding and adherence to the operations of policies and procedures within Elysium Healthcare.
To support the services training team with design and deliver , as part of the induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service delivery
To provide support with training requirements as identified by Training Managers, central L&D Team and Hospital Directors
To ensure that all training has an inclusive approach and can evidence best practice
To react positively to hot topics, changes in legislation, governing body impacts or corporate policy changes.
To take part, as directed, in the review process of all training packages and related policies on a predetermined basis.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Formal, certificated teaching/training qualification
Evidence of training experience
Experience of working in a multi-site environment
Experience of working in a CAMHS setting
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications
Possess effective time management and organisational skills
Current Driving Licence
Ability to stay away from home-base as requiredWhat you will get:
