Recruitment Resourcer
Are you looking to kick start your successful career in recruitment? We are a national, multiple award winning recruitment consultancy who have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our offices based in Central Bristol.
The Recruitment Resourcer will play a pivotal role within the team, providing the successful Senior Consultant with resourcing and admin support. This is a busy and varied role, where you will be speaking with people at all times for most of the day, so a friendly, confident and enthusiastic telephone manner is a must!
You will be joining a very friendly, supportive and fun team!
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 5.30 pm, although part time hours can potentially be considered.
Salary is circa £16,000 - £19,000 per annum (depending on experience).

The Main Duties of the Recruitment Resourcer role:
" Use all available recruitment channels to source and secure a stream of suitable candidates for a variety of different commercial roles.
" Undertake initial screening process of all candidates - including reviewing CV's and initial telephone interviews.
" Take part in face to face registrations of suitable candidates at the branch.
" Write and post job adverts on to all available job boards
" Ensure the database is accurate and up to date at all times.
" General adhoc recruitment admin

What we are looking for:
" High levels of attention to detail
" Confident telephone manner and strong verbal and written skills
" Excellent organisation skills
" The ability to juggle multiple demands and priorities
" Demonstrates a willingness to learn and the ability to take on new tasks
" Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

This will suit someone with previous resourcing experience, or someone with the above attributes who is looking to kickstart a successful career in recruitment. Potential progression to become a 360 consultant could be available for the right candidate.
