The Employer
Our client, an extremely successful recruitment firm who are specialists in the IT and technical space and are very well established in their field. They are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy & vibrant team who are focused on constantly delivering a high calibre of services.
The company offers an excellent training academy, where you will receive in-house training and development on key areas that will be a part of your role. This is a sociable team to be a part of too and they socialise on a weekly basis.
The basic salary will be circa £18,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience + commission. Holidays are 25 days plus Bank holidays, plus auto enrolment pension and cycle to work scheme as well as many other incentives as mentioned above that will keep you fully motivated in your job.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.30 pm.
The office is based in Central Bristol, close to bars, shops and restaurants and just a short walk from Temple Meads as well as right by all the bus links. You will be an integral member of the team.

The Job
Joining a busy & vibrant team to work as a Recruitment Resourcer, your responsibilities will include;
" Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of methods
" Pre-screening and interviewing new candidates
" Writing, posting and managing job adverts
" Managing the onboarding process and ensuring all candidates are compliant to work
" Supporting experienced consultants on different recruitment campaigns
" Adhoc administration to support a busy office

You will need to be a resilient individual who is confident, driven & enthusiastic.
You will need to be a strong communicator who can communicate well with candidates at all levels & enjoy building strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will be degree (or equivalent) educated ideally.
