The successful candidate must have:
* Proven experience in a Recruitment role with similar responsibilities, including resourcing and recruiting candidates to a range of roles
* Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organisational skills
* Qualified to A Level standard, with Maths and English at Grade C (or Level 2 equivalent)
* Experience of using a Recruitment Information Database and reporting from this
* Experience of working successfully in a fast paced office environment
* Education experience would be advantageous
* Access to own transport for work purposes
Please note: Following current Government COVID-19 guidance the majority of our staff are working from College campus, but staff in some specific roles/departments may be required to work remotely at times. It is therefore highly desirable that candidates have experience of working from home and utilising video conferencing packages (e.g. Microsoft Teams or Zoom) in order to successfully carry out their role, or it is essential that they can demonstrate the capability to adapt to this and pick up the required Technological knowledge very quickly.
If this sounds like you and you will enjoy working in a forward thinking, friendly, fast paced, changing environment with state of the art facilities, we would love to hear from you. In return, we offer a competitive salary, as well as staff benefits such a choice of two excellent pension schemes, life assurance, free onsite parking and access to our fully equipped gym along with discounted in house Spa and Salon treatments.
Closing Date: Monday 30 November 2020*
(*Applications will however be shortlisted on a rolling basis and we reserve the right to interview and appoint before this closing date. We therefore encourage you to apply at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment)
PLEASE NOTE: As much as we would love to respond to all applicants, due to the sheer volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to all unsuccessful candidates. If you have not heard from us within 14 days of sending your CV, unfortunately you have not been selected for the position.
