Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor/Learner Engagement Officer to join a highly reputable Training Provider.

This is an excellent opportunity as this Training Provider have recently won a multi-million pound contract to deliver Employability Programmes.

The position of the Recruitment Advisor/Learner Engagement is an office based role at either the Manchester or Rotherham Offices.

As a Recruitment Advisor/Learner Engagement you can expect to receive a salary of up to £21000 with an OTE of £30000, 23 days+public holidays and pension scheme.

The Recruitment Resourcer /Learner Engagement will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential learners onto various national training programmes. The training programmes offer a wider range of subjects which are designed up upskill and enhance learners knowledge within their chosen sector. These are usually 2-3 week programmes which the learner will complete in their local town or city.

Main duties of the Recruitment Resourcer /Learner Engagement will include:
" Reviewing learner applications through a variety of different platforms including advertisements, social media, company website
" Identify and match applications to learner courses
" Interviewing candidates over the telephone
" Creating shortlists
" Providing Information, Advice and Guidance to learners before, during and after the course
" Providing administration support to the department which will include generating reports on starts, completions
" Working to targets on learner starts per week

Skills and Experience Required for the position of the Recruitment Advisor/Learner Engagement
" Proven track record of achieving targets within a telephone based role
" Experience of recruitment, learner engagement would be highly desirable
" Knowledge of Training Programmes, Learning and Development would be highly desirable
" Excellent all round IT Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
