Based in Central Cardiff with free on site parking, our branch caters to the Driving, Industrial and Office & Professional divisions. We are now looking for a determined and motivated Driving/Industrial Recruiter to join our team. You will be managing a warm desk, however this is a 360 role so you will be expected to grow your desk through business development activities and weekly KPI targets.

We cover all of South Wales and South West, so you will have a great territory to increase your desk and establish new business.

Typical daily duties will include:

- Adhering to weekly call targets

- Lead generation

- Marketing activities to include advertisement and social media activity

- Sourcing and registering candidates

- Managing compliance matters with the support of the Branch Administrator

We also have a great Training Manager who can provide development and training through group and individual sessions depending on where you are in your Recruitment career.

We also offer leading industry commission schemes to include both monthly and quarterly bonuses.
