We are a specialist team in providing recruitment solutions to the health and social care sector and we're looking for driven individuals to join our team. Oh, and you want to know one of the great things about this sector? It's always needed, we're not affected by Brexit, Coronavirus just means we work at home and had an increase in business, recession?! People always need caring for. We look just like any recruiter except we don't panic about our pipeline when some economic tragedy hits the news!
We opened our branch of Major Healthcare a year ago and in that short time, we've turned a profit, had internal promotions, made a load of placements and made our clients very happy! It started with just two of us; we're now looking to build our team to four. On a wider scale, we are part of Major Recruitment, which has over 20 offices in the UK, as part of Major Healthcare we are supported by 4 offices in the north.
We're looking for experienced recruitment professionals who are motivated, resilient, willing to set and exceed their own targets; perhaps most importantly we're looking for someone that is independent. Knowledge of this sector is not required, it's a sector that is easy to get to grips with; it's also a sector that is in high-demand of staff from entry-level positions all the way up to executive level, which means plenty of opportunity for us as recruiters
As an office, we pride ourselves on treating people like adults; we don't want to micro-manage and put everything our team do under the microscope. We're not going to try and lure you with a pinball machine in the lunch room, drinks every Friday afternoon or office 5-a-side games on a Sunday; we're motivated about building our desks, hitting bonus and having a healthy work/life balance.
As an office we have combined experience of over 25 years in recruitment and sales. We're eager to develop and work with people to help them improve their skillsets so they can achieve their personal goals - it's why we work in recruitment after all!
What we expect from you:
- Drive to perform to a high-level consistently
- Desire to develop and learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within recruitment/account management/sales
- Driver (preferable but not essential)
Shifts, salary, benefits:
- Salary £22,000 - £25,000
- Generous commission/bonus scheme
