Ideally you will already have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or a strong B2B sales background as you join us as an Associate and train into a Consultant role.

Key responsibilities include: 

- Sales & customer service: sales actively, proactively developing new and existing business, visiting clients
- Placing candidates into temporary commerical/office roles
- Recruitment: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases
- Relationship building with candidates and clients
- Working to targets, marketing and promotional activities
