We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with Blue Arrow one of the UK’s Largest specialist staffing companies as a Branch Manager for our successful permanent recruitment hub in Newbury, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Sales & service: proactively developing new and existing business relationships
  • Driving sales activity and maximising growth potential within permanent recruitment sectors
  • Team management and development
  • Service management: overseeing compliance, administration, maintaining records and databases
  • Business planning and financial budgetary control
  • Working to sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
