What the role involves:
As someone with a flair for recruitment jobs, you will be assisting the Marine Recruitment Manager with all administrative aspects of the recruitment and selection procedures. You'll also be providing advice and guidance to candidates and recruitment agencies on associated policies, ensuring a best-in-class experience. The pay for this Clydebank based role is a competitive £17,000 to £18,000 a year.
You duties include:
● Formatting and posting official job advertisements
● Timely submission of MI reports
● Continually monitoring and updating the Applicant Tracking System
● Offering an exemplary customer service
Do you have recruitment experience? You'll be an expert at building and maintaining relationships and will be confident and happy in assisting with the administration of recruitment, interviews and following up with candidates. Experienced in previous recruitment full-time jobs, you'll also work collaboratively with your recruitment partners to help improve processes and communications for candidates.
