Whilst you will manage the reception area of the regional office you will also effectively organise and co-ordinate the diaries of the Directors acting as a Team Assistant. You'll be responsible to greet all visitors in a professional and welcoming manner direct or handle calls and messages quickly and efficiently. With exceptional organisational skills you'll arrange meetings, lunches, travel activities, expenses and prepare documents for signature, create reports and order office supplies.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working in a similar role supporting Senior Leaders and hosting VIP visitors, demonstrating the companies values at all times. It is essential for you to be highly experienced and proficient in all aspects of Office 365, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word as you will be undertaking a broad range of administrative tasks.
You will need strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across our business and clients. You'll be able to multi-task and work on your own initiative, as well as being able to make decisions where appropriate. Finally, you'll definitely need excellent time management skills. Fluency in English is essential and French would be advantageous.
