They are paying up £20,000 on a 40 hour week contract.
They need dedicated and hardworking Receptionist / Administrator who is committed to the company and to giving clients the best service.
Dress code is smart / black.
You must have 2 years’ experience within Customer Service over the phone or face to face.
Your duties will include:
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Engaging customer viewings and visitors tour
- Set up office space to ensure smooth customer moves
- Promote and upsell the Office space
- Deliver customer moves smoothly in line with customer requirements
- Proactively seek feedback and resolve and customer complaints at first point
- Co-ordinate meeting room bookings
- Telephone and internet connections with customers
- Schedule contractors activity and maintenance work
