The Role

Working within the company's Head Office, you'll provide a professional front of house Reception service, meeting & greeting all visitors to site as well as taking & fielding calls. You will also do a range of administrative tasks to support various departments in addition to organising meetings, travel etc. The position is very varied and offers the opportunity of a diverse workload and development opportunities.

The Skills

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar, client facing role and be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills. You'll also have strong systems skills - in particular MS Outlook, Word and Excel and be capable of managing a busy workload. Time management will be a key element of the role so good organisation skills are a must.

The Benefits

Salary will be up to c£17,500 pa plus benefits including pension scheme. Office hours. Free parking available.
