Pay rate: £10 per hour

My client is now seeking to recruit full time receptionist to work in busy reception in engineering company in Gloucester. The appropriate candidate will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week.

Greet visitors, arrange signing in and inform staff of their arrival, ensure visitors are briefed on security and HSE arrangements
respond to incoming calls promptly and re-route as appropriate
Sort incoming mail. Process, sort and frank postage and courier parcels throughout the day ready for postal and courier
Manage stationery cupboard and stock
Manage and issue temporary access cards
Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times


Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional/Discretionary manner both in person and on telephone
Excellent customer service skills
