I am looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to join a company in Fairford with an immediate start.
We are looking for a candidate who can utilise their previous Reception / Front of House skills to provide excellent Customer Service to my clients stake holders.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Customer Services Assistant:
The team you will be joining are fundamental in ensuring that my clients customers receive a "first class" service either in person or on the phone.
This is an energetic, fast-paced environment and as the first point of contact for my clients' customers you will need to be able to manage a high volume of calls and visitors to the office, while ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
Requirements to become the Despatch Administrator:
" Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer services
" Computer literate (including database management)
" Strong organisational skills
" The ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
" Relationship management
" To be flexible in your approach to the role i.e. variety of tasks
" Good verbal communication - telephone and face to face
" Commitment to excellence
" A full UK Driving Licence
