Reports to: Practice Manager

A London based firm of accountants providing advisory services to a wide range of clients are looking to recruit a personable, polished Receptionist.
This is a fantastic company to work for, you will report directly to the Practice Manager and be part of a well -established Administrative team, the successful candidate will be well-spoken, well-presented with an excellent telephone manner. Acting as the 'face of the firm', they must be able to use initiative to deal with situations as they arise.

" Greeting all clients and staff in a warm, friendly manner
" Management of meeting rooms
" Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy
" Handling enquiries via phone and email, as well as dealing with general correspondence
" Transferring calls as necessary
" Ensuring that incoming post is dealt with efficiently
" Receiving and dispatching deliveries
" Booking couriers
" Ad-hoc administration duties

Candidate Requirements
" Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
" Flexible, can multi-task and cope with changes in workload day-to-day
" Previous experience as a receptionist would be advantageous or in high end retail, hospitality or airlines
