Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for experienced Administrators and Receptionist for various temporary roles based in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Please note these are temporary positions to start as soon as possible, so please only apply if you are immediately available.
- Administration tasks including filing, scaning, data entry, minute taking and
- Reception duties, taking calls, welcoming visitors, arranging meeting rooms, diary management
- Act as a point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues
- Assisting with other Ad Hoc duties
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Good time management, accuracy and organisational skills
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous customer service experience is essential
