Reablement Support Worker

I am currently representing Merton Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of up to £14.00 per hour which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Reablement Support Worker this role will be based at: SM4 5DX

The right candidate will:

You will be working as a Reablement Support Worker within Merton Council; your role will include:

* Personal care

* Dealing with clients who have been discharged from hospital and who have been previously diagnosed with Covid-19 (all PPE equipment is provided)

* Visiting client’s homes

* Provide direct care to the individual in accordance with the intervention plan

* Provide written and verbal reports to service users

* Maintain accurate service records

The Right candidate will have the following:

* Experience of working as a support worker

* Experience of working for a local authority is desirable

* Required to have access to your own vehicle
