In these extraordinary times of the coronavirus outbreak telent is continuing to Recruit. We provide services to customers which are integral to providing mission critical systems and infrastructure across the UK and Ireland and we need to continue to deliver those services.
To help limit the amount of face to face contact during the recruitment process, we will now do more online assessments and use Skype/Conf Calls for interviews wherever possible.
The RAN Build Manager will be required to instruct and interpret RAN Build Requirements across the programs for all MNO's. This role will cover many QS disciplines including Civils, Design, RAN configs. The role will involve the management of sub-contractors to ensure we meet the customer's needs. Working closely with the back office, delivery PM and project engineer.
Deliver/manage the build and implementation of new sites for all MNO's
Analysis of sites designs and rigging data sheets - creation of materials and services BOM
Creation of build plan programme of works
Take the lead on project Gating, Scheduling and Planning.
Requires Strong knowledge of RAN Build & Planning.
E2E deployment process knowledge: Acquisition, design, build integration
Site Design and configurations; Rigging Data Sheets; Hand Over pack
Travel to and meet customers to discuss site by site progress
Ensure Change/Variation control is implemented
Work with a team of Co-ordinators and back office to ensure sites are delivered on time
Deliver KPI's set by senior members and report back on progress.
Experience managing site deployment within the UK Mobile Market
Good technical understanding o
Excellent communication and management skills.
Strong skills in basic IT (Excel, MPP, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of Customers RAN processes & tools (ADCBuild)
Ability to make dynamic decisions to ensure programme continuity
