Job Role:

This is a 4 month temporary role with the potential to continue in to long term. These positions are offering a pay rate of £8.75 per hour. You will be working 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. During your first few weeks you will receive excellent support and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incoming customer queries received via email in an accurate and timely manner adhering to set SLA's
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues either by email or telephone to clearly communicate query outcomes / resolution
  • Resolve incoming customer queries received via email in an accurate and timely manner adhering to set SLA's
  • Escalate queries when required within correct time from ensuring SLA's are adhered
  • Manage own work load and action new work in daily whilst progression Work in Progress
  • Ensure all work completed adheres to "one best way" and "quality" standards as per our policies, procedures and process maps
  • Ensure that all legislative and regulatory requirements are adhered to by ensuring compliance with the defined complaints handling policy
  • Work as part of a team and support your peers as and when required depending on work plan / volumes
Job Requirements:
  • Admin experience is needed
  • Ideally, Previous experience in Customer Service or query handling role in a contact centre/call centre / banking environment
  • Previous experience with using MS office (Mainly Excel / Word / Outlook)
  • Very strong communication skills (both written & oral)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Methodical / Organised
