Our client, based in Corby, is looking for a Quality Manager to join their busy team.

Responsibilities include:
  • To undertake full responsibility of the quality department and external accreditations to ensure that the product and service is consistent and meets external, internal and nationally recognised customer standards
  • Set, promote and monitor standards for quality performance throughout the business
  • Review current work practices to identify areas in which quality could be improved
  • Develop, implement and monitor quality management systems
  • Collate and analyse performance data
  • Represent the company at customer sites / meetings and design and deliver presentations as required
  • Agree measures for customer satisfaction and create plans to achieve / exceed them
  • Ensure and promote compliance with standards and legislation
  • Control and coordination of company maintenance requirements
  • Implementation of corrective actions
  • Continuous Development action implementation
  • Customer satisfaction improvement
  • Compliance with process and system audit regime
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience implementing ISO 9001
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and develop business relationships
  • Self-motivated individual who is able to take data driven informed decisions to minimise quality related problems
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 (including auditing)
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Good commercial awareness
