Job Description

We are recruiting for bilingual Quality Evaluation Analyst on behalf of a well-established and successful company in Exeter. You will be working from home. In this role you will analyse contact centre telephone calls and written communication and provide feedback on their service delivery and quality.
Ideal candidate needs to be fluent in English and one of the following languages.
* Korean
* Japanese
Key Duties:
·Analyse content of interaction between Customers and Client Contact Centres by evaluating the content of telephone calls and written communication in the required language.
·Provide accurate and actionable feedback.
·Navigate custom software applications to research appropriate resolution.
·Ensure all project analysis is completed in a timely manner.
·Use internal feedback for self-development.
·Attend all training required in support of your role.
·Support the production Team Leader.
Skills and Experience:
·Experience operating in a challenging organisational environment
·Excellent communication skills
·Interest in technology
·Flexible approach to change with a very positive attitude.
·IT Literate
·GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English
Working hours: Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week
Start date: 29th October 2020
Important to note:
Candidates would be required to attend the initial training, onboarding and work remotely based from home, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The intention is to then possibly return to the office in Exeter, once it is safe and appropriate to do so some time in the new year.
