We have a great opportunity to join a highly successful Training Provider based in North Yorkshire.
Based on recent growth, we are now looking for an experienced Compliance and Quality Officer.
As an experienced Compliance and Quality Officer you can expect to receive a salary of up to £30000, 25 days+bank holidays, 5% Pension and business mileage paid at 45 pence per mile.
This is an office based position and we are looking for the successful candidate to start ideally October/November 2019.
This Training Provider have an excellent reputation for delivering apprenticeships in Engineering and Manufacturing.
This is a new office opening so an excellent opportunity to be there from the start.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities of the Compliance and Quality Officer
" To manage every aspect of Ofsted compliance
" To lead Ofsted audits
" To manage every aspect of ESFA compliance
" To lead ESFA audits
" To create and submit reports to Ofsted
" To create and manage our quality improvement reports and KPI's
" To take our current practices and systems and organise what we already have.
" Ensuring appropriate paperwork is submitted on time and meets audit standards.
Skills and Experience Required for the Quality and Compliance Officer
" Experience of leading Ofsted and ESFA Audits
" A background in working for an apprenticeship training provider delivering apprenticeships.
" Good Knowledge of the Apprenticeship reforms, Apprenticeship Levy and Funding Rules
" An understanding of the PICS or Maytas learner management software would be desirable
" Knowledge of Awarding body processes including City and Guilds would be desirable
" Strong communications skills both written and verbally.
" Proficient in Microsoft packages
