Quality Administrator
Stonehouse
Salary: £11.35 per hour - £23,608 per annum
Full time - 7.30am to 16.30pm - flexible start time
Temp to Perm

I am looking to recruit a Quality Administrator to join a manufacturer in Stonehouse.

This is an initial temporary role with the view of moving straight in to a permanent opportunity. For the right candidates, there may be the opportunity of a direct permanent offer.

You will be reporting directly to, and working very closely with, the Quality Manager.

Key Supportive Tasks:
" Investigation of customer claims and facilitating the closure on a risk/severity basis
" Management of external provider claims and facilitating the containment and corrective actions
" Working with process owners to document flow along with their risks and opportunities
" Organizing and conducting internal audit of the IMS to ISO 9001:2015 and H&S/E requirements
" Contribution to and continual development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet requirements
" Staff training and compliance with the requirements of the IMS
" Developing and making arrangements for enhancing the quality of the provided products
" Contribute to the retention of product accreditations via implementation of the IMS
" Development of the system in line with the company strategy and framework requirement
" Gathering and analysing of data for communication to the business
" Review/carry out risk assessments and advise on suitable control measures and training
" Contribute to the identification of risks and opportunities in the IMS that may affect safety, customers, and the company strategy
" Be proactive rather than solely reactive
" Contribute to the creation and implementation of group best practice quality vision, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

Candidate requirements:
" Previous Quality experience with a proven Excel skills
" Ability to mix Administrative work with onsite assistance (You may be required to visually check products within the Warehouse Environment).
" Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a team and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
" Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with good attention to detail
" Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
" Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
" Commercially aware
" Positive "Can do" attitude with strong sense of urgency
" Results and performance driven

This role would heavily suit a candidate from a Quality background who is strong at assessing procedures and providing excellent Customer Care.
