Job Description

My client, a leading 3PL is seeking a QA Specialist for their site in Didcot.

Salary; £35-40, 000 (including up to 15% bonus)
Benefits: Car Allowance of £5796.00, Health Insurance, 25 days holiday, pension

Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience within Pharmaceutical industry and Supply Chain elements.
The role holder must be fully competent on all the key elements of the Quality Management System and have a good understanding of GMP, GDP and ISO 9001 requirements and EU/UK Regulations.
Seeking a candidate with a Diploma/Degree in Life Science related subject (ie Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacology), or at least 3-5 years' experience in QA management within the pharmaceutical/medical devices industry.

o Act as the ""Responsible Person"" and be named on the MHRA Licence and/or Home Office
o Prioritise full compliance with EU GMDP requirements to ensure Patient Safety at the Didcot facility
o Provide technical expertise in quality services at the Dicot facility
o Review and agree Quality/Technical Agreements with Clients and Suppliers ensuring compliance with EU GMDP and company requirements
o Identify, shape and deliver relevant training and strategies e.g. driving the GDMP agenda in order to achieve standards of excellence in Didcot operations
o Build close relationships with operational and functional teams to achieve right first time standards
o Support business growth by advising and participating on implementation of projects from a Quality and Regulatory point of view
o Work alongside the UKI Quality Team and other colleagues to on-board new clients and support services as required
o Provide input to and support the successful creation of a Quality First Culture at the Didcot facility
o Consistently achieve site KPI Performance Targets and identify initiatives to drive continuous improvement
