Purchasing Coordinator
Up to £22,000 per annum

I am currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Coordinator, to join a reputable company in Gloucester.

My client are an award winning business who are nationally recognised.

The successful candidate will be working to 39 hours per week which will be; Monday to Thursday 7.30am until 4.00pm and Friday 7.30pm until 3.00pm.

Key Purchasing Coordinator responsibilities, these are not exhaustive - more tasks may be required within the role:
" All purchasing for the company to include but not limited to: Stationary, Fire, Security, Uniform Items, PPE, Tools, Access Equipment, Drinks, Kitchen, Cleaning, Fleet, Building Materials
" Any request by the Management Team
" Ensuring stock levels meet minimum levels at all times for both engineering and office teams.
" Efficient purchasing through reducing unnecessary costs and achieving lowest purchase price possible.
" Fast efficient support and coordination to all engineers for stocking and loading vans with stock and parts
" Pro-actively working as part of the team to support the Installation, Service, FRA & Training Teams to deliver parts and stock required to engineers to provide the best possible service to my clients customers.
" Monitor, record, report and remove inefficient and wasteful purchasing.
" Responsible for ordering and delivering to engineers' parts and martials for Installations Jobs and Projects and reported through an installation materials project tracker.
" Line managed by the MD and responsible to, carrying out requests for and reporting to the Management Team.
" Produce weekly email summary to all staff informing staff in the body of the email of highlights and what the company are out of stock.
" Monthly and stock value information to the Finance Manager at the end of the month.

We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail who can manage their work time effectively. You will need to be able to communicate fluently with customers, suppliers & colleagues providing excellent customer service skills when required.
