Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Office Clerk to join a manufacturing business based in Walsall on a temporary to permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role is to deal with all general Administration Duties along side assisting the all the departments within the business to ensure smooth running of daily tasks

Daily Duties Include:

All daily Administration tasks
Dealing with incoming telephone callls and ensure all enquires are answered to
Taking orders and Processing information onto the internal system
Logging and Checking Invoices when needed
Matching Invoices against Purchase Orders and Delivery notes
Creating reports from spreadsheets when required
Filing and Scanning of any documents to then forward over to various companies if required

Hours of work are 7:45-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 13:00 on Fridays 

Previous experience working within a administration or similer role is essential
