Job Description

This is an opporunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a large organisation in Bolton. This role will initally be home based.

A leading organisation, with offices in Bolton, are looking to recruit multiple Accounts Payable Clerks to join a growing team initially on an ongoing temporary basis. Due to Covid-19 this role will initally also be home based until at least the New Year.

Your main tasks will include:

High volume invoice processing
Payment runs
Raising purchase orders
Supplier statement reconciliation
Liaising with suppliers
Query resolution
Ad-hoc additional finance tasks Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience working within a large Accounts Payable department
Proven ability to process high volumes with high accuracy
Professional demeanour with the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work to deadlines.
Competent user of MS Excel
