Salary: £9.50 - £10 per hour (dependant on experience)

Do you have experience in leading the end to end purchase ledger process?
The role will be responsible for leading the end to end purchase ledger process and managing the Apprentice's purchase ledger work.
Setting up new suppliers
Raising purchase orders
Creating payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations
Implementing strong financial control disciplines
Training and Monitoring the workload of the Apprentice
Experience of leading the end to end purchase ledger process
Evidence of implementing and maintaining robust financial control in a purchase ledger department
Experience of completing and resolving issues on supplier statement reconciliations
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a logical manner with high volumes of paperwork, multiple currencies and liaising with many individuals who are operating across multiple locations
Excellent Team Player
Good understanding of IT, specifically Microsoft office products e.g. excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
Ability to work to deadlines
Numerate with the ability to analyse, process and present information concisely and clearly
Monday to Friday – 9.00am until 5.30pm
