Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Ledger from start to finish and must be able to own the process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Process supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies promptly and efficiently
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Process expenses and credit card claims
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Purchase Ledger and will be computer literate. Intermediate Excel skills is essential.
