Purpose of Role:
You will be the main support for the head of installations and field-based engineers by arranging and confirming rotas to ensure the completion of installation work is completed. You will also be the main point of contact with the core Admin and Support Desk teams.
This role requires a highly proactive individual with a good sense of humour, who is able to hit the ground running and provide the full range of support services including the day to day planning of installations, reporting and exceptional organisation skills. You will be the first point of contact, acting as an ambassador at all times while ensuring all paperwork is up to date and logged efficiently
o To schedule all reactive and planned works to appropriate resource, paying attention to location, expertise and response targets.
o To ensure that field staff days are optimised to drive maximum productivity from the team.
o Ensure all jobs are completed within the required response times and costs.
o Deal with communications in a professional and prompt manner.
o Working with the Procurement team if additional sub contracted resource is required.
o Maintaining and updating departmental work instructions and procedures
o Liaising with internal departments to ensure that all required products have been ordered and dispatched
o To carry out any other duties commensurate to the role.

" Previous Planning or scheduling experience is required
