Job Description

Looking for a Project Team Administrator to join a sucessful and busy Interior Fit Out company based in Central London. The Project Team Administator will undertake tasks essential to the smooth running of this small, close-knit office.  The ideal candidate will have some experience within the construction sector and be familiar with site and construction terminology. 

The role is varied, busy role where every day is different and would suit someone who can multitask.

Knowledge of Office365

Main responsibilities are:

Raising and Receipting Purchase Orders
Liaising with suppliers and site operatives
Organising accommodation/vehicle hire
Maintaining training records
Creating and Processing Site Folders
Assisting with creation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Organising Site Health and Safety Visits

Salary Based on Skills and Experience - circa £25,000 - £32,000 PA
